Detroit Bulldogs 2015 Black is a youth travel hockey team. This site exists to share information about the team and to let local businesses and supporters register interest in sponsoring the season.

When you submit the sponsorship interest form, we collect:

• Your name and (where provided) business name
• Your email address and mobile number
• The sponsorship package you selected
• Any message you choose to include
• The date and time of your submission

We do not ask for, or knowingly collect, payment information, government IDs, or other sensitive personal data through this site.

We use the information you submit solely to follow up with you about sponsorship and related team communications. A team representative will contact you using the email address or phone number you provided. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

Submissions are visible only to authorized team representatives after they sign in to a private admin area protected by email-and-password authentication. Access is controlled by a role check in the database, and unauthenticated visitors cannot read submitted inquiries.

Submissions and the small amount of email-delivery metadata required to send and track our own messages are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database operated by our hosting provider. Connections to the site and to the database are protected with TLS. Database access for this app is gated by Row-Level Security policies.

We may send transactional emails (for example, an acknowledgement after you submit the form, or sign-in emails for team administrators). We do not send marketing or newsletter emails from this site. If you receive any automated email from us, it will include an unsubscribe link.

This site uses only the cookies and local storage required for the site to work, such as keeping a team administrator signed in. It does not run third-party advertising trackers.

We keep sponsorship inquiries for as long as the sponsorship outreach is active, and otherwise only as long as we have a reasonable team need for them. If you would like us to delete a submission you made, contact us at the email address below and we will remove it.

You can request a copy of the information you submitted, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing the team. We will respond from the same address.

This site is intended for adults interested in sponsoring the team. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
